How quickly will I get a response to my support request?
We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours. Urgent safety matters are prioritized and typically receive a response within 2-4 hours during business hours. Complex technical issues may take 48-72 hours to fully resolve.
How do I report inappropriate behavior from another user?
Use the report button available on every profile and message. You can also email safety@knki.fun directly. Include as much detail as possible: usernames, dates, screenshots if available. All reports are confidential—the reported user won't know who filed the report.
Can I recover a deleted account?
Account recovery is possible within 30 days of deletion. After 30 days, your data is permanently removed per our privacy policy. Contact support@knki.fun with your original email address to request recovery. We'll verify your identity before restoring access.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link valid for 24 hours. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support@knki.fun with your registered email.
Is my personal information safe with KNKI?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data. We never share your personal information with third parties without consent. You control your visibility settings. Read our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling and your rights.
How do I cancel my premium subscription?
Go to Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription to cancel. Your premium features remain active until the current billing period ends. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. You can resubscribe anytime without losing your profile data.
