What is KNKI?
KNKI is a social platform designed specifically for adults interested in BDSM, kink, and alternative lifestyles. We provide a safe, judgment-free space to connect with like-minded individuals, whether you're exploring for the first time or have years of experience in the community.
Who can join KNKI?

Is KNKI free to use?
Yes, KNKI offers a free membership that includes creating a profile, browsing other members, and basic messaging features. We also offer premium memberships with additional features like advanced search filters, unlimited messaging, and priority visibility.
How do I create an account?
Creating an account is simple. Click 'Join KNKI' on our homepage, enter your email address, choose a username, and create a password. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account. Once verified, you can complete your profile and start connecting.
Account & Profile
How do I reset my password?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page, enter your registered email, and we'll send you a reset link. The link is valid for 24 hours. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@knki.fun.
Can I change my email address?
Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Email Address. Enter your new email and confirm with your password. You'll receive a verification email at the new address. Your old email will remain active until you verify the new one.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. You'll need to confirm your decision by entering your password. Account deletion is reversible for 30 days—after that, all your data is permanently removed. During the 30-day window, you can contact support@knki.fun to restore your account.
What are the photo guidelines?
Profile photos must be of yourself (face photos are not required). All people in photos must be consenting adults. Explicit content should be marked as private. No copyrighted images or photos of others without their permission. We prohibit any content involving minors.
How do I get verified?
Verification confirms you're a real person. Go to Settings > Verification and follow the prompts to submit a photo holding a handwritten note with your username and date. Verification is reviewed within 24-48 hours. Verified profiles receive a badge and often get more engagement.
Can I change my username?
Username changes are limited to protect community trust. You can request a change once every 6 months through Settings > Account > Username. Some usernames may be unavailable if they're already taken or violate our guidelines.
Privacy & Safety
Is my personal information safe?
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. We never sell your personal information or share it with third parties without your explicit consent. You control who sees your profile through our privacy settings. Read our full Privacy Policy for detailed information.
Who can see my profile?
By default, your profile is visible to all KNKI members. You can adjust visibility in Settings > Privacy. Options include: visible to everyone, visible only to members you've connected with, or completely hidden (you can still browse but others can't find you).
How do I block someone?
Open their profile and click the three-dot menu, then select 'Block User.' Blocked users cannot view your profile, send you messages, or see your activity. You can manage blocked users in Settings > Privacy > Blocked Users.
How do I report inappropriate behavior?
Use the report button on any profile or message (three-dot menu > Report). Select the reason for your report and provide details. All reports are confidential—the reported user won't know who filed the report. Our safety team reviews reports within 24-48 hours.
What safety tips do you recommend?
Never share personal identifying information too quickly. Verify people through video chat before meeting. Always meet in public places first. Tell a trusted friend where you're going. Trust your instincts—if something feels wrong, leave. Visit our Safety page for comprehensive guidance.
Will KNKI show up on my bank statement?
Premium subscriptions are billed discreetly. The charge appears as 'KNKI Services' or a generic descriptor depending on your payment method. We understand the importance of discretion for our members.
Messaging & Connections
How does messaging work?
Free members can send a limited number of messages per day. Premium members have unlimited messaging. Messages include read receipts (can be disabled in settings). You can share photos in messages, and all conversations can be deleted at any time.
What are message requests?
Messages from people you haven't connected with go to your message requests folder. This gives you control over who can reach you. You can accept, decline, or ignore requests. Declining doesn't notify the sender.
How do I use search filters?
Click 'Search' to access our filtering options. Free members can filter by basic criteria like location and age. Premium members unlock advanced filters including specific kinks, relationship status, experience level, and more.
How does matching work?
KNKI suggests compatible members based on your profile, stated interests, and activity. You'll see potential matches in your 'Discover' feed. Like someone to express interest—if they like you back, it's a match and you can message freely.
Community & Events
What are the community guidelines?
Our guidelines center on consent, respect, and safety. Key rules: all interactions must be consensual, no harassment or hate speech, respect privacy and discretion, no illegal content, and honesty in profiles. Violations can result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal.
Does KNKI host events?
KNKI partners with local communities and venues to list kink-friendly events, munches, and workshops. Check the Events section to find gatherings near you. Premium members get early access to event RSVPs and exclusive KNKI-hosted meetups.
Are there groups or forums?
Yes! KNKI has interest-based groups where members discuss specific topics, share experiences, and connect with others who share their interests. Groups range from specific kinks to geographic communities to experience-level support groups.

Technical Questions
Is there a mobile app?
KNKI is a progressive web app—you can add it to your home screen on any smartphone for an app-like experience. Visit knki.fun in your mobile browser, tap the share button, and select 'Add to Home Screen.' A dedicated app may be available in the future.
How do I manage notifications?
Go to Settings > Notifications to customize what alerts you receive. You can toggle notifications for messages, matches, profile views, and community activity. You can also set quiet hours when notifications are silenced.
What browsers are supported?
KNKI works best on modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest versions). We recommend keeping your browser updated for the best experience and security. Some features may not work on older browser versions.
The site is loading slowly. What can I do?
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, disabling browser extensions, or using a different browser. Check your internet connection. If issues persist, email support@knki.fun with your browser type, device, and a description of the problem.
