We may wish to update the app from time to time. The app is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for both systems may change, and you'll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app.

We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you.

12. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

KNKI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. There is no guarantee that the service will not be interrupted or error-free. We are not liable for:

  • User-generated content or interactions between users
  • Service interruptions, technical issues, or system failures
  • Data loss, security breaches, or unauthorized access
  • Third-party actions, content, or services
  • Any damages arising from your use of the platform

User Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KNKI and all related personnel from any claims arising from your use of this service, including information that violates these terms or infringes third-party rights.
