Age Requirement
KNKI is strictly for users 18 years of age and older. We have zero tolerance for any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children.
Our Commitment to Child Safety
KNKI is committed to creating a safe online environment and protecting children from harm. We have implemented comprehensive measures to prevent, detect, and respond to any content or behavior that exploits or endangers minors.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and work closely with law enforcement agencies, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), to combat these crimes.
What is Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)?
Child sexual abuse and exploitation includes any form of sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Creating, distributing, or possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming a child for sexual exploitation
- Sextorting a child
- Trafficking of a child for sexual purposes
- Any sexual communication or contact with a minor
- Soliciting sexual content from minors
These activities are serious crimes that cause devastating harm to children. KNKI takes every report seriously and acts immediately to protect potential victims.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Policy
Immediate Action
Any content depicting, promoting, or soliciting child sexual abuse material is illegal and strictly prohibited on KNKI. When we identify CSAM:
- Immediate removal of the content from our platform
- Permanent ban of the account(s) involved
- Report to NCMEC and appropriate law enforcement agencies
- Preservation of evidence for law enforcement investigation
- Cooperation with authorities throughout the investigation process
We use a combination of automated detection systems and human review to identify and remove CSAM. Our team is trained to recognize and respond to these materials appropriately and in compliance with legal requirements.
